We are currently looking for a Change-over lead hand whose duties would include the removal of outdated furnaces and air quality parts and replace them with our superior high efficiency line of HVAC products in residential homes. The lead hand would assess the site, modify, assemble, and install new furnaces and supporting HVAC systems on location. Experience with trades other than sheet metal is a bonus as plumbing and gas adjustments are often made. This is a strong customer-oriented position and a successful candidate would present well and work with the homeowner to provide an overall positive HVAC experience.
